Account Creation and Security

F80 platform users are responsible for ensuring all activity on their accounts complies with the stated rules. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination without compensation:

- Providing false information during registration or identity verification.

MYR Payment and Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the f80 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds come from legitimate sources in their own name. f80 does not accept deposits from third parties.
Deposit
Deposits can be made using supported local payment methods including Touch 'n Go (TNG), FPX, Maybank, and CIMB. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply as displayed on the platform at the time of transaction. f80 is not responsible for delays caused by banks or third-party payment providers.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests will be processed to the bank account registered in the user’s name. f80 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals for investigation if fraud or terms violations are suspected. Any taxes or fees charged by banks are the sole responsibility of the user.
Transaction Cancellation
Successfully processed deposits cannot be canceled. If a technical error causes an incorrect transaction, please contact customer support within 24 hours with relevant proof for investigation.

Account Suspension or Closure Policy
F80 reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts without prior notice for terms violations, suspected fraud, or platform operational/security needs. Any valid balances in unfairly closed accounts will be processed after investigation through customer support channels.
Terms Changes and Applicable Laws
F80 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on the platform. Users are advised to review this page regularly to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Malaysian law. Any disputes arising from or related to the use of the f80 platform will be resolved through processes established by applicable Malaysian law.
If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, that provision will be reinterpreted to reflect the original intent as closely as possible, and all other provisions remain fully in effect.
